• Soft Concrete (Yellow): Hardest bond. For use on Abrasive Concrete (recommended bond for Coastal Areas/Green Concrete).

The EDCO Magna-Trap 4 Core Tooling - Double Dyma-Dots are industry-leading, general-purpose grinding attachments designed specifically for EDCO’s Magna-Trap® series of concrete floor grinders and turbo grinders. These omni-directional tools enable contractors to efficiently remove sealers, thin mil epoxies, brittle thinsets, mastics, and waterproof coatings from a wide range of concrete surfaces, leaving a superior, flat finish with minimal scratching and zero gouging.

The Double Dyma-Dots are part of the core four tooling system developed for the Magna-Trap® platform. Each Double Dyma-Dot features a quick-change, magnetic back for fast, tool-free swaps—ideal for both single and dual-disc Magna-Trap floor grinders, as well as 7”, 9”, and 10” Magna-Trap turbo grinders and retrofitted classic floor grinders. Their unique design makes them a standard for concrete prep, renovation, and maintenance jobs demanding highly productive, consistent grinding results.

• Clean, Smooth Results: Designed to leave only a small amount of fine scratches (Concrete Surface Profile/CSP 1-2) while eliminating the risk of deep trenches or gouges.

• Omni-Directional Cutting: Allows flexibility for use in all directions, supporting both straight and circular grinding passes for consistent coverage.

• Magnetic Quick-Change System: Magna-Trap magnetic backing enables effortless, wedge-less changes between toolings—saving significant time during multi-step projects.

• Bond Options for All Concrete Types:

  • Red (Hard Concrete): Softest diamond bond for hard, less abrasive slabs.

  • Grey (Medium Concrete): Medium bond for general use on most slab types.

  • Yellow (Soft Concrete): Hardest bond for aggressive, abrasive or green concrete (ideal near coastal areas and outdoors).
