Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: Orders may be cancelled free of charge if the item has not yet shipped. Please contact us immediately at sales@thecontractortools.com or call 1-888-902-4532.

  • Custom or Made-to-Order Items: These products cannot be cancelled once production has begun, as they are built specifically for your order.

Returns

  • Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

  • All returns require a Return Authorization (RA). Please contact us to receive instructions and the correct return address. (Return addresses may vary by brand or manufacturer.)

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Additional restocking fees (typically 20–25%) may apply depending on the manufacturer.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

  • If replacing the product with another item, we may be able to reduce or waive restocking fees depending on the manufacturer.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery. Any visible freight damage must be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery.

  • Damages must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. Email details to sales@thecontractortools.com so we can process a claim on your behalf.

Warranties

Important Notes

  • Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.

  • Freight and shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has shipped.

  • BOGO or promotional items must be returned together to qualify for a full refund.
