Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

- Item must be in its original packaging
- Item must include all original accessories and documentation
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

All custom and made-to-order items are final sale.
Change-of-Mind Returns
Returns for change-of-mind may be accepted if the product is:
- New
- Unopened
- Unused
A restocking fee of up to 20% of the product selling price may be deducted from the refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
You must provide:
- Photos or videos of the product
- Photos or videos of the packaging
- The product SKU

Return Address
Returns are not accepted at our office address. Approved returns will be directed to the correct supplier warehouse based on product brand and order number.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be available for qualifying items with manufacturer approval.

- Some items may not be eligible for exchange once shipped
- Exchanges depend on product availability

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds are processed within 14 business days after inspection
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Any applicable restocking fees (up to 20%) will be deducted
