All orders placed with The Contractor Tools are shipped free of cost.
Once processing is complete, orders are shipped using fully trackable courier or freight services through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Processing times may vary depending on the brand or manufacturer.

Once confirmed, we contact our suppliers to verify availability. If an item is unavailable or on backorder, you will be notified and any pending authorization will be released. If the product is available, the order will proceed to fulfillment.
