At The Contractor Tools, we are committed to ensuring your order arrives safely and on time. Please review the details of our shipping process below.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • If an item is backordered, we will contact you immediately. Customers may cancel backordered items free of charge before shipment.

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email followed by tracking details when available.

Order Shipment & Tracking

  • Most in-stock items ship within 3–5 business days.

  • Tracking details will be sent via email within 24 hours of shipment. If you do not receive tracking within 6 business days, please contact us at sales@thecontractortools.com

Shipping Methods & Delivery Options

  • Standard (Curbside Delivery) – Free on most orders. Delivery is made to the curb at your address. Typical transit time is 5–15 business days after shipment.

  • Threshold Delivery – Item is brought onto your porch, garage, or sheltered area.

  • White Glove Delivery – Includes delivery into your room of choice, minor assembly, and removal of packaging. Additional charges may apply.

Freight Shipping (Large/Heavy Items)

  • Freight deliveries require an appointment. The carrier will contact you directly to schedule.

  • Someone must be available to inspect, receive, and sign for the delivery.

Shipping Regions

  • We currently ship across the United States and Canada.

  • Remote or rural areas may require longer transit times or additional fees.

Address Changes

  • If your order has already shipped, we will do our best to accommodate address changes.

  • Any additional carrier fees resulting from an address change are the customer’s responsibility.

Estimated Shipping Times

  • Most items ship within 3–5 business days and deliver within 5–15 business days.

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. While delays may occur due to carriers or manufacturers, we will assist you in tracking and resolving any issues.

Damages & Claims

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, notify us within 48 hours at sales@thecontractortools.com with photos of the product and packaging.
