How to File a Warranty Claim

- Resolution — approved claims are handled directly with the manufacturer or their authorized service network. Timelines depend on the manufacturer and part availability.

- Freight costs for warranty repairs/replacements may be the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer.
- Keep your original invoice/order confirmation — proof of purchase is required for all claims.
- This warranty policy is separate from our Return and Refund Policy, which covers non-defective returns within 30 days of delivery.
