The Bear Iron Works Bear Paw is a blade-mounted material handling attachment designed to turn a mini excavator into a more versatile jobsite material carrier. Mounted directly to the excavator’s grading blade, the Bear Paw provides approximately 1.14 cubic yards of carrying capacity for moving rock, sand, gravel, dirt, soil, aggregate, and other loose materials around the jobsite.

Its open-top steel design measures approximately 56 inches wide by 48 inches long internally, providing substantial material capacity while maintaining a compact footprint suitable for mini excavators. With an empty weight of approximately 550 lbs, the Bear Paw is designed to add useful carrying capacity without requiring a separate material-handling machine for many smaller construction, landscaping, fencing, and property-maintenance projects.

The attachment uses dual blade mounting points and can be positioned onto the grading blade either by raising the blade into the attachment or by using the excavator bucket to place the Bear Paw onto the blade.
