ReechCraft PowerMast Modular Mast Climbing Work Platform System

The ReechCraft PowerMast is a modular mast climbing access system designed for contractors who need a flexible platform solution that can be configured around the requirements of each jobsite.

The system starts with the PowerMast Climbing Unit – 4026151, powered by a compatible 1/2-inch drill. ReechCraft’s PowerTrak™ drive system incorporates an overload clutch, overspeed brake, and lock lever for reliable operation. The climbing unit provides attachment interfaces for PowerMast platform components and travels along the system’s stackable aluminum mast sections.

Because PowerMast is a modular system, customers can build their setup by adding the required mast sections, base, platform components, wall-tie components, or freestanding components individually.

This product includes one PowerMast Climbing Unit as the base product. All other PowerMast components are optional selections and are added separately.

Important: A PowerMast system may require multiple components and quantities depending on platform configuration, working height, and whether the installation is wall-tied or freestanding. Customers should verify their required system configuration before ordering.

Which setup should you choose?

Wall-Tied Setup

Choose a wall-tied configuration when the mast system can be secured to the supporting structure. Start with the Wall-Tied Base and add Adjustable Ties, Tie Extensions, mast sections, and the appropriate platform components according to the project requirements.

Freestanding Setup

Choose a freestanding configuration where a wall-supported setup is not suitable. The PowerMast Freestanding Base allows three mast sections to be mounted as a rigid column and uses adjustable outriggers for positioning. Freestanding Tri-Mast Ties and additional mast sections can then be added as required.

Platform Configuration

PowerMast can be configured using the Platform Support, Single Mount Platform Assembly, Side Mount T-Bracket, or ReechCraft Single Person Platform depending on the type of work platform being used.

Mast Configuration

PowerMast uses stackable 5 ft and 32 in. aluminum mast sections. Customers can add multiple sections of either size to configure the mast system for their application.

Important Product Notes

• The base price includes one PowerMast Climbing Unit only.
• A drill is not included.
• PowerMast is a modular access system; selecting only a climbing unit does not necessarily create a complete usable system.
• Required component quantities vary depending on working height, platform arrangement, and jobsite conditions.
• Customers building a wall-tied system may require multiple Adjustable Ties and/or Tie Extensions.
• The Freestanding Base is designed to support a three-mast arrangement and may require Freestanding Tri-Mast Ties and additional components.
• The Platform Support does not include a work platform.
• The Single Mount Platform Assembly is designed to accommodate compatible platforms from manufacturers other than ReechCraft.
• All systems should be selected and assembled according to ReechCraft's applicable instructions and configuration requirements.
