ReechCraft PowerPole Modular Climbing Work Platform System

The ReechCraft PowerPole is a modular climbing access system designed for contractors who need a lightweight, flexible way to reach elevated work areas.

The system starts with the PowerPole Climbing Unit – 4028334, powered by a compatible 1/2-inch drill. ReechCraft’s PowerTrak™ drive system provides a 650 lb (295 kg) load rating per climbing unit and incorporates a safety locking lever and integrated overspeed brake.

PowerPole uses modular aluminum pole sections that can be configured using 6 ft and 12 ft sections. Pole sections are connected using ReechCraft’s PowerPole couplers, allowing customers to build the system around the height and access requirements of the job.

The PowerLatch™ connection system allows compatible platform components to attach to the climbing unit, while different base, tie, and bracing components allow the PowerPole to be configured for a range of jobsite conditions.

This product includes one PowerPole Climbing Unit as the base product. All other PowerPole components can be selected separately using the options on this page.

• Additional ties and bracing may be required depending on the height and complete PowerPole configuration.

Which Components Should You Choose?

Single Person Platform Setup

Choose the PowerPole Single Person Platform when a compact one-person work platform is required. The platform attaches to the climbing unit using the PowerLatch™ system and provides a 36 × 26 in. work area.

Dual-Mast Platform Setup

Choose PowerPole Platform Supports when using a wider compatible work platform between two PowerPole climbing units. ReechCraft specifically identifies the Platform Support for dual-mast configurations.

Pole Sections

Use 6 ft and/or 12 ft PowerPole sections to build the required mast height. Multiple pole sections may be added, and PowerPole Couplers are used to connect sections.

Standard Tied Setup

PowerPole Standoff Ties or Super Standoff Ties can be used where the system needs to be secured to the structure.

Outrigger Setup

The PowerPole Outrigger Base provides additional stabilization and helps make setup and repositioning around the jobsite easier. Extendable V-Braces are also available for configurations requiring additional wall clearance and stabilization.
