RynoWorx AirBoss575PA Pro 575-Gallon Sealcoating Trailer System

The RynoWorx AirBoss575PA Pro 575-Gallon Sealcoating Trailer System is a commercial-grade mobile sealcoating system designed for contractors handling larger residential routes, commercial parking lots, and multiple jobs per day.

The system combines a 575-gallon power-agitated tank, 17 CFM compressor, Kohler engine, 2" dual-diaphragm pump, 100 ft sealcoating hose, and Coxreel hand-crank hose reel with a heavy-duty tandem-axle trailer.

Compared with the AirBoss 300 trailer systems, the 575 platform offers substantially more sealcoat capacity and is positioned by RynoWorx for established commercial contractors. The Pro configuration uses a 17 CFM compressor and manual hose reel, while retaining hydraulic agitation for continuous material mixing. 

Five trailer configurations are available, including compact Standard Deck versions and larger Extended Deck versions for contractors who need additional equipment-carrying space.

Which model should you choose?

The Standard Deck configurations are more compact, while the Extended Deck gives substantially more usable deck space for carrying additional pavement-maintenance equipment. RynoWorx positions extended-deck systems toward multi-service operations.
