RynoWorx Crack Fill Melter Applicator RY10MA-V3 with ErgoKit

The RynoWorx RY10MA-V3 with ErgoKit combines the proven torch-fired heating system of the standard RY10MA-V3 with ergonomic and productivity upgrades designed for contractors running crack-filling equipment more regularly.

It retains the V3 platform and RynoValve™ material-control system while adding on-the-fly hydraulic agitation, adjustable handlebars, adjustable valve tension, and integrated operator controls. These upgrades allow the operator to agitate material and control application without repeatedly stopping or leaving the operating position.

The ErgoKit is particularly suited to contractors running longer workdays, businesses with multiple operators, and crews that want improved comfort and material consistency without moving to the sealed-burner PRO-V4 platform.

RynoWorx rates the ErgoKit model for up to 3,200 linear feet of crack filling per day, with approximately 5–6 jobs per day depending on operating conditions.

Which model should you choose?

The ErgoKit is essentially the step between the Base V3 and PRO-V4: it keeps the V3's torch-fired heating system but adds the ergonomic and agitation improvements found higher in the lineup.
