RynoWorx RY10MK-PRO-V3 10-Gallon Stationary Melter Kettle

The RynoWorx RY10MK-PRO-V3 is a 10-gallon stationary crack-fill melter kettle designed for contractors who want to supply one or two application crews from a dedicated melting station.

Unlike the RY10MA melter applicators, which melt and apply crack filler from the same mobile machine, the RY10MK-PRO is a melt-and-supply kettle. Hot crack-fill material is dispensed through its heavy-duty valve into pour pots, banders, or other field applicators.

The RY10MK-PRO uses a 50,000 BTU sealed cast-iron burner with push-button electric ignition. RynoWorx positions the sealed-burner system as a more fuel-efficient and faster-heating alternative to traditional torch-fired kettles. The kettle can be used free-standing or incorporated into a dedicated truck or trailer setup.

RynoWorx rates the unit to support approximately 1–2 crew members and up to 4,800 linear feet of daily crack-filling production in its newer product catalogue.

Choose the RY10MK-PRO-V3 if you are supplying one or two operators and do not need the capacity of the larger 30-gallon system.
