RynoWorx RY30MK-PRO-V2 30-Gallon Stationary Melter Kettle

The RynoWorx RY30MK-PRO-V2 is a high-capacity stationary crack-fill melter kettle designed for contractors, municipalities, and pavement-maintenance operations running multiple application crews.

Where the RY10MK-PRO is sized for smaller 1–2 crew operations, the RY30MK-PRO increases capacity to 30 gallons and uses dual 50,000 BTU sealed cast-iron burners to keep larger crews supplied with hot crack-fill material throughout the workday.

The kettle is designed as a central material-supply system rather than a mobile applicator. Hot material can be dispensed through its heavy-duty 2-inch molasses valve into pour pots, banders, or other crack-filling applicators.

RynoWorx rates the RY30MK-PRO for approximately 2–4 crews and up to 9,600+ linear feet of daily crack-filling production, depending on the crew and application setup.
