Bear Iron Works Snow Bear Snow Pusher Attachment for Skid Steers

The Bear Iron Works Snow Bear Snow Pusher is a heavy-duty skid steer attachment designed for efficient commercial and residential snow removal. Available in 72-inch and 96-inch widths, it gives contractors the choice between a more maneuverable 6-foot configuration and a higher-capacity 8-foot configuration for larger lots and open areas.

The Snow Bear is available with either a reversible steel cutting edge for aggressively scraping hard-packed snow and ice or a poly cutting edge for applications where protecting asphalt, concrete, and other finished surfaces is the priority.

Bear Iron Works also designed the Snow Bear with enclosed-cab operation in mind. When properly positioned, the attachment provides clearance for the skid-steer cab door to open, helping operators enter and exit the machine without having to disconnect the pusher. A universal ISO skid-steer mounting plate provides compatibility with skid steers and other equipment using the same standard interface.

Replaceable wear shoes and a reinforced gusseted structure are designed for repeated commercial snow-removal use. An optional bolt-on back drag blade is also available for pulling snow away from buildings, curbs, garage doors, and other areas that are difficult to clear by pushing forward.

Which model should you choose?

72-Inch / 6-Foot Snow Pusher: Best for smaller skid steers, tighter commercial lots, driveways, sidewalks, and areas where maneuverability is important. Bear recommends approximately 55 HP minimum.

96-Inch / 8-Foot Snow Pusher: Choose this model for larger skid steers and higher-volume snow removal in parking lots, commercial properties, roadways, and other open areas. Bear recommends approximately 65 HP minimum.

For either size:

Choose the Reversible Steel Cutting Edge for ice, hard-packed snow, freeze/thaw conditions, and aggressive scraping.

Choose the Poly Cutting Edge for powder, lighter accumulations, and paved surfaces where reducing the risk of surface damage is important.
