Bear Iron Works 1 CY Concrete Washout Tub - 199 Gallon

The Bear Iron Works 1 CY Concrete Washout Tub is a reusable, heavy-duty steel containment solution designed for concrete washout on smaller pours, pump-truck applications, and jobsites where a low-profile tub is important.

With approximately 0.99 cubic yards / 199 gallons of actual capacity, the 1 CY model provides a contained location for washing concrete residue and slurry from trucks, tools, and equipment after a pour. Its low-profile design makes it particularly useful around concrete pump trucks and on smaller or space-constrained jobsites.

Bear Iron Works designs its Washout Tubs to be stackable and nestable for more efficient transportation and storage. The engineered tub can also be lifted and used as a material skip when properly loaded within its rated capacity. Angled walls and a flat bottom help make removing cured concrete easier after the slurry has hardened.

For contractors who need to transport wet slurry rather than waiting for it to cure onsite, Bear Iron Works also offers an optional sealing lid. Optional rated rigging is available separately for lifting applications.

Which model should you choose?

1 CY Washout Tub: Best for smaller concrete pours, tight jobsites, and pump-truck washout applications where low overall height is important. Capacity is approximately 199 gallons.

2 CY Washout Tub: Better for general construction and larger pours. It provides approximately 444 gallons of capacity and is the model Bear specifically identifies as meeting the 400-gallon minimum for CDOT Type 1 applications.

3 CY Washout Tub: Best for larger pours, multi-truck jobsites, and higher-volume concrete washout operations, with approximately 614 gallons of capacity.
